| Bumper Express an experience. It is
a small storefront in downtown Los Angeles filled with hammers, anvils, men and machinery.
The constant clanging noise inside the dark rooms is deafening. It looks like the last
place you would want to leave your precious rare classic car part. But you couldn't be more mistaken. Jeremiah Ramirez and his workers are true artistic craftsmen when it comes to metal. They can take the worst looking, bent, pitted, twisted piece of junk and return it to its full sparking splendor. I've seen old stainless moldings that look like they've just been triple chrome plated. I personally had them repair the Endura bumper from a neglected 1970 GTO. It had been sandblasted down to the gouged, raw rubber. They refinished the Endura with new, flexible urethane epoxy, and primed it for painting. The bumper looks and performs better than new. The paint flexes with the surface without cracking. MO is glad to heartily recommend Bumper Express Restoration. They do quality work at fair prices. Remember, it can get pretty crazy on the phone. You may not be able to hear them, they may not be able to hear you. Mostly Spanish is spoken. But get to Jeremiah and tell him that you're from "MO" and you'll get your discount and great work. |
